29 CFR 1926.502(c)(3):Safety nets shall be installed with sufficient clearance under them to prevent contact with the surface or structures below when subjected to an impact force equal to the drop test specified in paragraph (c)(4) of this section. a. 15 Spring Street Morristown, NJ Safety nets were installed without sufficient clearance as the safety net was positioned in close proximity to structural beams resulting in an employee who fell into the net striking the beam and resulting in injury. Violation occurred on or about 11/13/2024
