29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: At the worksite located at S Liberty Bend RD and Missouri Highway 210 Liberty, Missouri 64648: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. An employee was observed working beneath a forklift in operation with a worker and loose objects without head protection. JMT Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1540044, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/10/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3823 North Cobbler Road, Independence, MO 64058.
