29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about February 2, 2023 the employer did not ensure energy control procedures were utilized when an employee was reassembling a Graco Saniforce Drum Unloader after it had been disassembled for sanitation purposes. b) On or about February 2, 2023 the employer did not ensure energy control procedures were utilized when employees were reassembling the filler bowl on the G-Line FMC M&S Filler Machine. c) On or about February 2, 2023 the employer did not ensure energy control procedures were utilized when employees unjammed cans from the Tamale Packer/Unloader Machine. d) On or about February 2, 2023 the employer did not ensure energy control procedures were utilized when employees unjammed cans from the X-Ray Machine.
