29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: JOB SITE: Have Bible Will Travel Church, 1185 Shackelford Road, Florissant, MO 63031, on or about 02/07/2023, the employer did not ensure workers' body harness was attached in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level. Workers' harnesses were attached by lanyard in the front of the wearer, while they were installing roof shingles at a height above 17 feet.
