29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On 25 June 2025, (2) two employees were observed roofing a 10/12 pitched residential roof approximately 20 feet above ground level, at 2705 Brook Hill Lane in Saint Charles, Missouri, without conventional eye protection. Inter Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1649605, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 22 June 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1185 Shackelford Road in Florissant, Missouri.
