29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about September 17, 2025, Employees conducting roofing operations on a 6 in 12 pitch roof that was approximately 10 feet or more above the lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Inter Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 182227, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 588 Wyatt Drive, in Saint Peters, MO 63376.
