29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 5/22/2025, the employer did not protect employees who were engaged in roofing operations 6ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels while at the job site located at 741 Dunn Rd. in Hazelwood, MO. The employees were conducting roofing operations and were exposed to the hazard of falling greater than ten (10) feet. Inter Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1700794, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-07-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 313 Sturbridge Drive in Saint Charles, MO.

The employees were conducting residential roofing operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a heights greater than ten (10) feet.
