Employees performing servicing and/or maintenance activities in an energized state were exposed to caught-in hazards.   c)	Ivex Protective Packaging Inc. on or about February 14, 2023, at the address of 2600 Campbell Rd Sidney, OH; The employer did not ensure that energy isolating procedures for the OC Hotwire Machine were implemented prior to employee performance of servicing and/or maintenance activities.
