Inlup LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613645, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6452 Caden Court, Eau Claire, WI, 54703.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):  Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  (a) South side of residential structure; A Werner brand 18-foot telescopic multi-position aluminum ladder placed at ground level and used as a straight ladder by employees to access the roof, was not adjusted to allow for the side rails to extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface, was not equipped with a grasping device(s), and was not effectively secured to prevent displacement.
