29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Residential roof structure, various locations; On or about February 14, 2024; Employees engaged in roofing construction activities from a steep slope roof located on an under-construction single-family home, were not protected from falls while working at approximate heights ranging between 9-feet, 8-inches to 23-feet, 10-inches above ground level. Inlup LLC was previously cited for a Willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1709071, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2024, with respect to a workplace located near the corner of 3rd Street E and Andrews Drive, Altoona, WI 54720.
