On or about March 22, 2023, at the location of 400 Dietz Road, Warren, OH, 44482: Employees worked with hazardous chemicals such as liquified petroleum gas, without the benefit of appropriate access to the safety data sheets in order to familiarize themselves with its associated hazards.
