Employees were using angled 2x4s and frames to climb from the first floor to the second level of the building. The employees used the same method to come down from the second floor. Adequate ladders were not provided or required by the employer. Observed on or about 03/30/23.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
