29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Appalachian Wood Products, Inc. 171 Appalachian Drive Clearfield, PA 16830 - On or about 04/06/2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to hazards associated with combustible dust (sawdust) accumulating overhead in the Assembly Area. The areas the combustible dust was observed include but are not limited to; overhead storage racking, electrical equipment, and computer workstations.
