The following items shall be inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections. All deficiencies such as listed shall be carefully examined and determination made as to whether they constitute a safety hazard: a) On or about April 11, 2023, at a workplace located at 810 Hudson Street, Antigo, Wisconsin in the Welding Department; Frequent inspections of the 20iton South- East Weld bridge crane were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating and lifting components were in safe operating condition. b) On or about April 11, 2023, at a workplace located at 810 Hudson Street, Antigo, Wisconsin in the Welding Department; Frequent inspections of the 20-ton South- West Weld bridge crane were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating and lifting components were in safe operating condition. c) On or about April 11, 2023, at a workplace located at 810 Hudson Street, Antigo, Wisconsin in the Welding Department; Frequent inspections of the 20-ton North- East Weld bridge crane were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating and lifting components were in safe operating condition. d) On or about April 11, 2023, at a workplace located at 810 Hudson Street, Antigo, Wisconsin in the Welding Department; Frequent inspections of the 20-ton North-West Weld bridge crane were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating and lifting components were in safe operating condition.
