29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the temporary job site located at 25102 W. 90th Terr. Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun to secure framing materials in that eye protection was not provided or utilized.  The E&E Rodriguez Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560380, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-13-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 24805 w 88th Terrace Lenexa, Kansas 66227.    The E&E Rodriguez Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560093, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-27-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8904 Greeley St. Lenexa, Kansas 66062.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  At the temporary jobsite located at 25102 W. 90th Terr. Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  The E&E Rodriguez Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560093, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-27-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8904 Greeley St. Lenexa, Kansas 66062.
