29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At a new residential worksite located at 7924 NE 80th Ter KC MO -- employees engaged in framing duties were using an extension ladder to gain access to the upper level. The extension ladder did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing surface. This exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 11 feet to ground level. This was documented on or about 9/9/2024.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  Employees engaged in framing duties using pneumatic nail guns, skill saws, hammers and other various small hand tools were not wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to getting shrapnel and/or debris in their eyes causing injury. This was documented on or about 9/9/2024.  E&E Rodriguez Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560093, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8904 Greeley St., Lenexa KS.  E&E Rodriguez Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560380, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/13/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 24805 W 88th Ter., Lenexa KS.  E&E Rodriguez Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1667520, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/8/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 25102 W 90th Ter., Lenexa KS.
