1926.503(c)(3) Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill. On or about 4/11/2023 at the jobsite located at 3450 S Ocean Blvd, PALM BEACH, FL 33480, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8'-4" while working on a flat surface installing a metal drip edge while leaning over an open sided edge without a means of fall protection. Demonstrated a lack of knowledge of the method of fall protection required to perform the task safely.
