29 CFR 1926.152(f)(3): Flammable liquids were used where there were open flames or other sources of ignition within 50 feet of the operation: On or about 8/15/2023, and at times prior to, at 280 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples, FL 34108, the employer failed to eliminate or control the sources of ignition such as but not limited to the use of sparking tools - razor blades, hot air tools, and static discharge for employees performing application of JM Membrane Bonding Adhesive (Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) & Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM), within 50 ft. of the Category 2 flammable liquid, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
