29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 8770 N. Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to fall hazards while he was observed working and walking on an unprotected edge and was not provided any means of fall protection. The Miranda Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1925.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1, citation number 2, item number 1394049and was affirmed as a final order on July 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 Independence Ave. Kansas City, MO 64106.
