29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ - Building A2: employees were exposed to electric hazards while utilizing lumber to frame the exterior walls of a multi-story residential building approximately 2 feet from a 4KV primary lines, The employees installed floor/ceiling trusses, decking and railing, on or about the period from March 15 2023 to April 04 2023.
