The storage tank and chemical dispensers were mislabeled and/or lacked the appropriate hazard communication information.

Zehrco-Giancola Composites Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health CFR  1910.134(c)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1468639, Citation 1, Item 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1501 West 47th St. Ashtabula, OH 44004.
