On or about July 17, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential carpentry operations, approximately twenty-one (21) feet were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employee to fall hazards. 595 CONSTRUCTION LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595058, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15917 W Orchid Lane, Lockport, IL. 60441.
