Employees are exposed to falls of approximately 11.8 feet or more above ground level while engaged in residential construction activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing construction work on the second level.  (b): This most recently occurred on or about May 10, 2024, at 1501 Collins Drive, Elburn, Illinois. Employees are exposed to falls of approximately 20.5 feet or more through holes while engaged in residential construction activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing construction work on the second level.  595 Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595058, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11-01-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 15917 W Orchid Lane, Lockport, IL 60441.  595 Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684870, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10-19-2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 5016 S. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
