29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) 1281 Knapp Rd North Wales, PA. Walking surface: On or about August 4, 2023, employees were observed standing on a second level walking surface and framing the exterior wall, however, guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems was not in place while exposed to the 15-foot fall hazard.
