On or about September 29, 2023, at the facility located at 1900 Enterprise Dr., De Pere, Wisconsin; the Virginia Crane (VC12-293) was in operation before unsafe conditions such as but not limited to bumpers and the East bridge brake were corrected.  The C.A. Lawton Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1612773, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2023, with respect to the workplace located at 1900 Enterprise Dr., De Pere, Wisconsin.

On or about October 11, 2023, at the facility located at 1900 Enterprise Dr., De Pere, Wisconsin; employees working in the Shakeout Area were using an alloy steel chain sling with the purple master ring.  The sling did not have an identification tag indicating the size, grade, rated capacity, and reach.
