Employees engaged in framing activities with the use of pneumatic nail guns and manual hammers were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees were not provided with eye protection. The employee  was engaged in residential framing activities, walking the top plates by the right corner of the house, before the garage and was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10.6 feet from the top plate to the exterior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  Brent Lawrenz DBA BML Construction  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628465, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/14/2023, with respect to a workplace located at  3126 N.
