29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On or about 11/02/2023, at a residential construction jobsite located at 17 Sonnet Ct., Wentzville, MO., employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. Employees were observed actively working while operating pneumatic nail guns without proper eye or face shield protection. Moose Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390452, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2147 Asher Court in O'Fallon, MO.

Employees were observed actively working while installing new roofing material without utilizing a fall protection system. Moose Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390452, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2147 Asher Court in O'Fallon, MO.
