Employees were performing framing work from the top of a 1.5-story residential building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet.  Level Edge Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(15) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567902, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 411 Main Street Luzerne, PA 18709.

Employees were framing the second story of a municipal building in close proximity to unprotected sides and edges without fall protection, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 15 feet.  Level Edge Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567902, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 411 Main Street Luzerne, PA 18709.  OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE   29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer:  a) Jobsite located at 1300 12th St, Eddystone, PA: On or about December 6, 2023, the employer did not provide a certification of training for each employee in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards.
