29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  120 Watchaug Road, Somers, CT 06071: On or about, March 10, 2025, Employer failed to protect Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side or edge which is 6-feet or more above a lower level by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employee fell over 20-feet from an unprotected side or edge resulting in serious bodily injury.   Level Edge Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or equivalent OSHA standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567902, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Salt Storage Stockpile #0432300, 411 Main Street, Luzerne, PA 18709.  Level Edge Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or equivalent OSHA standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572360, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 02, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6316 Kenwood Avenue, Rosedale, MD 21237.  Level Edge Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or equivalent OSHA standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1697039, citation number 1, item number 1, citation 2, item 1, citation number 3, item number 1, citation number 4, item number 1, citation number 5, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 02, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at P773 East Ashland Avenue, Folcroft, PA 19032.
