OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to fire, flash fire, deflagration, or explosion hazards from dust collectors with a dirty-side volume of greater than 8 ft3 located inside a building. a.) On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior there to, in Building 1, a dust collector collecting combustible dust from a re-grinder was located inside Building 1. b.) On or about January 10, 2024, and at times prior there to, in Building 2, a dust collector collecting combustible dust from a re-grinder was located inside Building 2.
