1910.145(f)(3): Tags were not used as a means to prevent accidental injury or illness to employees who were exposed to hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions, equipment or operations which were out of the ordinary, unexpected or not readily apparent: (a) On or about January 25, 2024, in the Tote Room, employees were engaged in maintenance activities on a roller conveyor system. Tags were not utilized to inform employees of the hazardous conditions, equipment, or operations present.
