29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite:  a) Lot 579 Macleish Street Middletown, DE 19709: On or about February 5, 2024, a fire extinguisher was not provided for employee use at the construction site.  Employees used gas powered equipment to conduct framing activities. The gas-powered equipment Rolair Gas Power Air Compressor and Predator Model 6500 Power Generator were positioned on the street with the fueling tank (5-Gallon gasoline Tank) positioned between the two machines.
