29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)	On February 6, 2024, and at times prior, at or near 12th Avenue Northwest 31st Street Northwest in Mandan, North Dakota, employees engaged in roofing activities on a residential construction, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet when they were installing roofing materials on a 4/12 pitched roof without the use of proper fall protection.   Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1690948, Citation 1, Item 1, with a final order date of November 28th, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at or near 1835 Calgary Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1626447, Citation 1, Item 1, with a final order date of December 20th, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at or near 421 Riverside Park Road in Bismarck, North Dakota.
