29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a.) 1000 East Main Street, Mount Joy, PA - Facility Wide - Employees did not receive effective information and training on the specific hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to hydrochloric acid, used in their work areas on or about February 22, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
