29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located at 3748-52 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 - On or about February 27, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in commercial construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were performing framing activities from the second story of the commercial building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to falls of approximately 20 feet.
