29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: a) 17 Dorman Street, Harrington, DE 19952: On or about September 11, 2024, the employer did not provide training to employees working on or with various types of ladders used to lift bundles of shingles from the ground to the roof area approximately 48 feet, contacted energized electrical transmission lines exposing employees to 17KV.
