29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- 4000 Aaron Truehart Way, Building 4, Hopewell NJ: On or about 07/25/24 portable electric equipment, in use by the workers, were observed being powered with flexible cords that were missing their outer protective covering, or whose outer protective covering was damaged, exposing its inner wiring. a- 4000 Aaron Truehart Way, Building 4, Hopewell NJ: On or about 07/25/24 portable electric equipment, in use by the workers, were observed being powered with flexible extension cords whose outer covers were either damaged or missing and were powered with after market plugs installed by the company workers.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 4000 Aaron Truehart Way, Building 4, Hopewell NJ: Workers, wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means, were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 10 feet 7 inches when performing floor truss installation and other related activities while working/walking from the top plates of a residential structure's exterior wall frames and the tops of floor trusses. Condition observed on or about 07/25/24. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
