29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b) a) 12611 Knolls Way, Selbyville, DE 19945: On or about August 29, 2024, employees exposed to falls approximately 13 feet above the next lower level while performing framing work on a newly constructed multi-story, multi-family home without any means of fall protection. New Zyland Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1747265, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/1/2024, with respect to a workplace located at Bellevue Estates; Glenwood Avenue and Bunker Hill Way, Syracuse, NY 13207. New Zyland Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1718697, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Deforest Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936.
