Stronghold Digital Mining dba Scrubgrass Reclamation Co., LLC , 3rd floor to right of stairs - On or about 2/29/24, and at times prior thereto, one class ABC fire extinguisher was not readily accessible and was blocked by mops. . ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.269(d)(2)(v)(A): The employer did not complete periodic inspections, at least annually, by authorized employees who were not using the energy control procedures being inspected: a.) Stronghold Digital Mining dba Scrubgrass Reclamation Co., LLC - On or about 2/29/24, and at times prior thereto, periodic inspections were being performed on hazardous energy control (lockout/tagout) procedures. However, all authorized employees did not participate in the Periodic Inspections. Employees conduct servicing, maintenance and repair on equipment including, but not limited to, conveyors, piping, boiler, and dust collection systems. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
