29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) New residential construction located at 600 Cooper Road, Loganville, GA 30052, Roof: On or about 03/07/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 2-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.
