29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Building #20, 2651 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096, Roof: On or about 01/03/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 21 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 8/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) Building #20, 2651 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA: On or about 01/03/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic roofing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools at 120 PSI while engaged in roofing activities.  Benito Popoca Casarreal was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1710085, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 469 Del Webb at Chateau Elan, Hoschton, GA 30548.
