29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On or about April 10, 2024, an employee was working on a platform that was suspended from the forks of a JLG all-terrain forklift, but it was not secured to the forks or lifting carriage of the all-terrain forklift.
