29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about March 10, 2025, at a new construction residential jobsite located at 661 East Bluff Circle, Waterford, WI 53185, employees conducting roof sheathing/decking and facia work on a 6:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet onto dirt, gravel, and building materials. E&D Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1704181, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 25, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1943 Nottingham Ct, Union Grove, WI 53182.
