OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught by and crushing hazards: On or about 4/24/2024, at 1515 SW 13th Court, Pompano Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to caught by and crushing hazards while using a Jopevi Press Machine (i.e. Model J239R4, s/n 1571) that did not have its pedal protected from unintended operation or inadvertent actuation.
