29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Worksite was located at 14 Inlet Terrace, Belmar, NJ 07719 Four workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of two-stories as they were installing cedar roofing on a new single-family home with no fall protection on. Violation was observed on or about May 2, 2024 FDR Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656820, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/5/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 180 Brighton Avenue, Long Branch, NJ.
