29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Worksite was located at 18 Riverdale Avenue, Monmouth Beach, NJ 07750:  Four  workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty two feet to ground as they were framing an existing two-story single family home undergoing renovation while not utilizing fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about January 15, 2026  FDR Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1745773, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/17/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 14 Inlet Terrace, Belmar, NJ 07719.  FDR Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726208, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/29/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Spier Avenue, Allenhurst, NJ 07711.  FDR Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656820, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/5/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 180 Brighton Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740.
