Condition observed on or about 03/23/26. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 03/23/26. Condition observed on or about 03/23/26. FDR Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656820, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 180 Brighton Avenue, Long Branch NJ. Condition observed on or about 03/23/26.
