29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : At the aluminum assembly areas located at 2161 Lions Club Road Clearwater, Florida; the employer did not obtained a new and annual audiogram for employees exposed to noise hazards at or above the 8-hour time weighted average of 85 decibels. a) a boat assembly employee, was exposed to continuous noise levels at 133.1% of the allowable 8-hour TWA-Action Level (85 dBA). The equivalent dBA of 133.1% is 92.1 dBA. The sampling was performed for 464-minutes during one shift on 6/4/2024. Zero exposure was assumed for the 16-minute period not sampled. b) a boat assembly employee, was exposed to continuous noise levels at 164.3 % of the allowable 8-hour TWA-Action Level (85 dBA). The equivalent dBA of 164.3% is 93.6 dBA. The sampling was performed for 465-minutes during one shift on 6/4/2024. Zero exposure was assumed for the 15-minute period not sampled. c) a boat assembly employee, was exposed to continuous noise levels at 163.5 % of the allowable 8-hour TWA-Action Level (85 dBA).
