29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On or about February 26, 2025, at the fabrication area, employees operated Drill Press such as the JET without a guard to protect from the rotating action of the chuck, exposing to caught-by and struck-by hazards. Magic Tilt Trailers was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1741900, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 10, 2024 with respect to a workplace located at 2161 Lions Club Road Clearwater, Fl 33761 Magic Tilt Trailers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1713854, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 25, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 202 Relocation Road, Edgewater, FL 32141.
