29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On or about May, 8, 2024, employees working at the Beltran Framing, LLC residential construction site located at 11052 Baker St, Omaha, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards while working from an elevated scaffold platform that was not attached to the forks of the forklift. Beltran Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575798, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 16930 Nebraska Ave, Omaha, Nebraska. Beltran Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556193, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8424 Sheridan Street, Omaha Nebraska.
